NHS Activated NUPharose Mag is a pre-activated Magnetic bead resin, which is formed by activating carboxyl groups with N-hydroxysuccinimide (NHS) after modifying spacer arms with a length of 10 atoms on the surface of paramagnetic agarose gel microsphere skeleton. NHS activation groups can be coupled with functional biological macromolecules containing primary amines such as antibodies, proteins, enzymes, polypeptides, etc. to form stable amide bonds. The resulting affinity Magnetic bead resin can specifically bind to the target molecules, and high purity products can be obtained by one-step purification.
