NUPharose 4FF and NUPharose 6FF are sepharose molecular sieve fillers based on the NUPharose technology platform of NUPTEC biological classics. Molecular sieve fillers are also called Gel filtration fillers or size (volume) exclusion fillers. NUPharose 4FF and NUPharose 6FF are 4% and 6% cross-linked agarose, respectively, with unique pore sizes and their distribution. Thanks to the innovation of strict raw material screening and control, ball making and cross-linking process, this product has excellent pressure/flow rate characteristics, low non-specific adsorption of biological macromolecules, so the product recovery rate is high, especially suitable for the separation of larger particles such as virus particles and exosomes. In addition, NUPharose 4FF and NUPharose 6FF have good physical and chemical stability, and can be used as basic microspheres, which can be used in various biological separation processes after modification of specific small molecules or macromolecular ligands.
