NUPharose 4B

NUPharose 4B and NUPharose 6B are Sepharose molecular sieve packings based on NUPharose technology platforms, also known as Gel filtration packings or size (volume) exclusion packings. NUPharose 4B and NUPharose 6B are 4% and 6% agarose respectively. Agarose solutions with different concentrations will form different pore sizes after gelation. However, refined agarose removes charged impurities and has very low non-specific adsorption. This product is suitable for separating biomolecules with different molecular weights. In addition, NUPharose 4B and NUPharose 6B can be used for coupling of different affinity ligands after activation. NUPTEC organisms also provide epoxy group activated NUPharose 6B(Epoxy Activated NUPharose 6B).
