Ni-NTA NUPharose Mag is a metal chelate affinity Magnetic bead resin, which is mainly used for rapid screening and purification of proteins with histidine tag (His-tag). The ligand is nitrilotriacetic acid (NTA), the coordination metal ion is Ni2 +,NUPharose Mag-based spheres are agarose gel microspheres containing paramagnetic materials. Compared with the corresponding column chromatography agarose packing (Ni-NTA NUPharose FF, catalog number NRPB57), this product has the same ligand and maintains a good balance between affinity (loading) and specificity (selectivity): the binding amount for most proteins with histidine tag (His-tag) is more than 30 mg/mL, and the purity of the sample can reach more than 90% after one-step purification, in the eluate Ni2 + drop rate is low, the molar ratio of Ni2 + and target protein is less than 0.1.
