Product Name:

Butyl NUPharose HP

Butyl NUPharose FF is a strong hydrophobic hydrophobic chromatographic separation medium formed by bonding n-butyl to agarose gel microspheres with stable ether bonds. NUPharose is a classic agarose base microsphere developed by NUPTEC. Butyl NUPharose HP is a high-resolution butyl filler, HP is an abbreviation of High Performance. Butyl NUPharose HP has the characteristics of high resolution and is mostly used in the pure stage. The n-butyl "pure hydrophobic" group, as compared to the phenyl group, has a difference in selectivity for different hydrophobic amino acid residues. The product retains the excellent hydrophilicity and large mesh structure of agarose, and has good compatibility with biologically active macromolecules, with high load, less non-specific adsorption, fast flow rate and so on. It is widely used in the laboratory-scale preparation of biological macromolecules such as proteins and peptides with certain hydrophobic properties and the industrial preparation of biopharmaceuticals and bioengineering.
