Octyl NUPharose FF is a strong hydrophobic hydrophobic chromatographic separation medium formed by bonding n-octyl on agarose gel microspheres with stable ether bonds. NUPharose is a classic agarose base microsphere developed by NUPTEC. It is widely used in the separation and purification of proteins (recombinant proteins, natural proteins, antibodies, enzymes, etc.), polypeptides (synthetic polypeptides, natural polypeptides, polypeptide fragments, etc.), nucleic acids (plasmid DNA, genomic DNA, RNA, etc.) with certain hydrophobic properties, and is suitable for capture and moderate purification stages.
