NuPerley MMC

NuPerley MMC is a multimodal filler consisting of a NuPerley base frame coupled to an N-benzoyl-DL-homocysteine base frame. The NuPerley is a highly rigid agarose microsphere with high flow rate, low back pressure, and strong pressure resistance. The average particle size of this product is relatively small 60μm, which is easy to enlarge. The ligand of NuPerley MMC contains a variety of functional groups, in which the carboxyl group corresponds to the traditional weak cation ion exchange agent, the benzene ring corresponds to the hydrophobic interaction group, the amide bond can form hydrogen bond, the sulfur atom can provide special selectivity, these interactions can play a role in independent or cooperative mode.
