Ee-ProG NUPharose Mag is an antibody affinity Magnetic bead resin, which can quickly and conveniently isolate and purify various mammalian antibodies of different subtypes or genetically engineered recombinant proteins containing antibody Fc fragments from ascites, serum, cell culture supernatant or cell extracts. The ligand of this product is easy-to-elute recombinant streptococcal protein G(NRPA30S) developed by NUPTEC biology, which is expressed by E. coli and does not contain animal sources. The advantage of Protein G ligands over Protein A ligands is that they bind to all IgG subtypes, both human and mouse. The ee in the product name is the abbreviation of Easy Elution, which means that the Magnetic bead resin is easier to elute than the traditional protein G, I .e. the elution pH is higher. NUPharose Mag-based spheres are agarose gel microspheres containing paramagnetic materials, and the ligand is coupled through a single point to enhance the binding ability of the ligand to the antibody. Compared with the corresponding agarose filler (ee-ProG NUPharose FF, catalog number NRPB59), this product has the same ligand, has a similar or higher binding amount, the binding amount to h-IgG is higher than 40 mg/mL, and the h-IgG can be eluted well under the condition of pH = 4~5, with two characteristics of high binding amount and easy elution.
