PAG NUPharose FF affinity filler

The PAG NUPharose FF is an affinity separation medium formed by binding a recombinant Protein A Protein G fusion protein (r-PAG, Nuptec NRPA14) onto a sepharose microsphere. Compared with a separate protein A or protein G separation medium, it has a broader binding range, can bind to all human IgG subtypes, IgA, IgE, and IgM, but cannot bind to mouse IgA, IgM and serum albumin, and is suitable for the extraction and detection of mouse IgG monoclonal antibody. At the same time the fused r-PAG reduces the dependence on pH, allowing binding at pH5-8.
