Ni-IDA NUPharose FF and IDA NUPharose FF is a metal chelating filler containing iminodiacetic acid (iminodiacetic acid,IDA) group, which is suitable for most Affinity chromatograph with histidine tag (His-tag) protein. Both products are based on NUPTEC biological classic NUPharose agarose gel microspheres. FF is an abbreviation of Fast Flow, which means high flow rate. IDA NUPharose FF does not chelate metal ions, users can chelate Ni2 +, Co2 +, Cu2 +, Zn2 + and other metal ions after use; Ni-IDA NUPharose FF has chelated Ni2 +, users can directly use. Through the unique ligand modification process, the two products have achieved a balance of affinity and specificity: the binding amount of most histidine-tagged proteins is more than 40 mg/mL, and the purity of the sample can reach more than 90% after one-step purification.
