ProA NUPharose Mag is an antibody affinity Magnetic bead resin, which can quickly and conveniently isolate and purify antibodies of different subtypes of various mammals or genetically engineered recombinant proteins containing antibody Fc fragments from ascites, serum, cell culture supernatant or cell extracts. The ligand of this product is recombinant Staphylococcus aureus protein A (catalog number is NRPA04S) developed by NUPTEC biology. It is expressed by Escherichia coli and does not contain animal sources. It retains five wild-type binding domains and has affinity for various types and subtypes of antibodies from human, mouse, rat, rabbit, cow and other sources. NUPharose Mag-based spheres are agarose gel microspheres containing paramagnetic materials. Compared with the corresponding agarose filler (ProA NUPharose FF, catalog number NRPB01), this product has the same ligand, has a similar or higher binding amount, and the binding amount of human IgG is higher than 40 mg/mL.
