High-purity proteins can be obtained by one-step Affinity chromatograph. Glutathione NUPharose 4B has low crosslinking degree and high ligand density, and its dynamic binding load for glutathione-S-transferase (28 kDa) can reach 25 mg/ml. Glutathione NUPharose FF has higher crosslinking degree and relatively low ligand density, and its dynamic binding load for glutathione-S-transferase (28 kDa) is more than 10 mg/ml, which is more suitable for large-scale production.
