Phenyl NUPharose FF and Phenyl NUPharose FF (LS) are hydrophobic chromatographic separation media formed by bonding phenyl groups on agarose gel microspheres with stable ether bonds, NUPharose are the classical agarose base microspheres biologically developed by NUPTEC. Phenyl has strong hydrophobicity, hydrophobic and π-π interaction with aromatic amino acid residues, which is suitable for the capture and moderate purification of target proteins. The ligand density of Phenyl NUPharose FF is higher than that of Phenyl NUPharose FF (LS), so it has different hydrophobicity and shows different selectivity to samples. Users can choose the appropriate product model according to the specific use scenario. Phenyl NUPharose HP is a high-resolution phenyl filler, HP is an abbreviation of High Performance. Phenyl NUPharose HP has the characteristics of high resolution and is mostly used in the pure stage.
