PAG NUPharose Mag is an antibody affinity Magnetic bead resin, which can quickly and conveniently isolate and purify antibodies of different subtypes of various mammals or genetically engineered recombinant proteins containing antibody Fc fragments from ascites, serum, cell culture supernatant or cell extracts. Compared with a separate protein A or protein G separation medium, it has a broader binding range, can bind to all human IgG subtypes, IgA, IgE, and IgM, but cannot bind to mouse IgA, IgM and serum albumin, and is suitable for the extraction and detection of mouse IgG monoclonal antibody. At the same time the fused r-PAG reduces the dependence on pH, allowing binding at pH5-8. NUPharose Mag-based spheres are agarose gel microspheres containing paramagnetic materials. Compared with the corresponding agarose filler (PAG NUPharose FF, catalog number NRPB13), this product has the same ligand, has a similar or higher binding amount, and the binding amount of human IgG is higher than 40 mg/mL.
