Blue NUPharose FF and NuPerley Blue are dye affinity fillers, commonly called blue gels, which are bonded to Ciba Blue F3GA on NUPTEC's biological classic agarose gel chromatography medium-based ball NUPharose and high-rigidity agarose. The ligand of Blue NUPharose FF is triazine reactive dyes, and its special structure determines the complexity of its binding to proteins. It is generally believed that it binds to proteins through electrostatic interactions, hydrophobic interactions and hydrogen bonds, and is suitable for the separation and purification of dehydrogenase, kinase, plasma proteins, etc.
