Ee-SA NUPharose FF is a Affinity chromatograph separation medium obtained by coupling genetically engineered streptavidin (Streptavidin,SA) and NUPTEC bio-NUPharose sepharose. EE means easy elution (easy elution), that is, biotinylated substances bound to the medium, such as biotinylated antigen, biotinylated antibody, biotinylated protein, biotinylated nucleic acid, etc., can be used for purification of biotinylated protein Avi-Tag fusion expression, separation of biotinylated and non-biotinylated substances after labeling reaction, immobilization of biotinylated antigen antibody and repeated recycling, etc. NUPTEC Bio also has another streptavidin filler Streptavidin NUPharose FF. Due to the super affinity between streptavidin and biotin, mild and commonly used methods cannot elute biotin-labeled substances. ee-SA ligand has been designed and modified at the molecular level to greatly reduce the affinity with biotin, while maintaining the specificity with biotin. The biotinylated substance bound to the FF filler of the ee-SA NUPharose can be eluted competitively by a buffer solution containing D-biotin. The elution method is mild and generally does not affect the activity of the target substance. The D-biotin in the eluent can be removed by changing the liquid. Thus, an active, highly pure biotinylated material can be obtained by one-step chromatography ee-SA NUPharose FF.
