Professional Manufaturer of Resins for Protein Purification

Catalog No:
NRPB17L
Product Name:
Dextrin NUPharose FF
The Dextrin NUPharose FF is a Affinity chromatograph separation medium formed by bonding dextrins to NUPharose agarose-based balls. The dextrin ligand can specifically bind to maltose binding protein (MBP), so that the fusion protein with MBP tag can be purified. This product can purify the target protein under close to physiological conditions, and can retain the activity of the target protein to the greatest extent.
The MBP tag is large and has a molecular weight of about 42 kDa. The main function of MBP tag is to promote the correct folding of the target protein, increase the expression level of the protein, and improve the solubility of the target protein. At the same time, the fusion protein with MBP tag specific affinity filler, MBP tag is often used in E. coli system, and the tag is usually removed by specific enzyme after Affinity chromatograph.
