NHS Activated NUPharose FF pre-activated filler is a pre-activated separation medium formed by activating carboxyl groups with N-hydroxysuccinimide (NHS) after modifying spacer arms with a length of ten atoms on the surface of agarose gel microsphere skeleton. NuPerley NHS HR is a pre-activated filler based on a new generation of high-rigidity agarose NuPerley technology platform with higher resolution. NHS activation groups can be coupled with functional biological macromolecules containing primary amines such as antibodies, proteins, enzymes, polypeptides, etc. to form stable amide bonds, and the obtained Affinity chromatograph separation medium can specifically bind to the target molecules, and high purity products can be obtained by one-step purification. Therefore, NHS pre-activation fillers are widely used in scientific research and production fields.
