Red NUPharose FF is an affinity filler obtained by bonding reactive red 120 (also known as HE-3B) reactive dye to NUPharose agarose microspheres. Reactive Red 120 is a polycyclic dye having structural similarity to NADP, and can be used for purification of nucleotide-dependent enzymes, lipoproteins, lactate dehydrogenase, plasminogen, peptides, hormones, and the like. In addition to being used as an affinity filler, this product contains aromatic rings and anions and is also non-Affinity purification by electrostatic or hydrophobic interactions.
