The SP NUPharose series is a strong positive ion exchange filler, SP is a sulfopropyl group, and the NUPharose is a NUPTEC biological classic agarose gel chromatography medium-based sphere. Compared with other SP fillers on the market, this product has strictly controlled the sulfonation reaction in the production process, and has very little residual allyl content. It has the characteristics of less non-specific adsorption and less dynamic binding load affected by residence time. It is widely used in the steps of capture, moderate purification and fine purification of biological macromolecules. According to the resolution and application of different occasions, SP NUPharose series can be divided into SP NUPharose FF(~ 90μm), SP NUPharose HP(~ 35μm), SP NUPharose BB(~ 200 μm) three. FF is the abbreviation of Fast Flow, SP NUPharose FF has the characteristics of fast flow rate, can be used for rapid purification of proteins, wide applicability, easy to enlarge. HP is the abbreviation of High Performance. SP NUPharose HP has the characteristics of high resolution and is mostly used in the pure stage. BB is the abbreviation of Big Beads. SP NUPharose BB has a large particle size and is suitable for high viscosity systems, such as blood products, and can also be used for batch static operation. SP is a strong acid group, the working pH range of recommend is 3~13, and the working pH range is wider than that of weak cation exchange filler.
