NuPerley DEAE is an ultra-high loading weak anion exchange chromatography medium, which is composed of diethylaminoethyl (DEAE) and high rigidity agarose gel microspheres grafted with dextran. This product benefits from two new technology platforms of NUPTEC biology: a new generation of high rigidity agarose microsphere NuPerley and a unique dextran grafting process. The former allows the packing to withstand flow rates and pressures of 3000 cm/h and more than 0.5 MPa, and the latter allows the packing to have an ultra-high loading and is not affected by residence time. For example, at 2 min residence time, the dynamic binding load of NuPerley DEAE to BSA is more than 160 mg/mL, which is 3 times that of the traditional DEAE NUPharose FF. Weak anion exchange(Q) fillers have a different selectivity than strong anion exchange(Q) fillers, and DEAE fillers can be considered when Q fillers do not meet the selectivity requirements.
