NuPerley Q is an ultra-high loading strong anion exchange chromatography medium, which is composed of quaternary ammonium groups (Q) bonded to dextran-grafted high-rigidity sepharose microspheres. This product benefits from two new technology platforms of NUPTEC biology: a new generation of high rigidity agarose microsphere NuPerley and a unique dextran grafting process. The former allows the packing to withstand flow rates and pressures of 3000 cm/h and more than 0.5 MPa, and the latter allows the packing to have an ultra-high loading and is not affected by residence time. For example, at 2 min residence time, the dynamic binding capacity of NuPerley Q to BSA is more than 220 mg/mL, which is 6 times that of traditional Q NUPharose FF.
