Product Name:

ProG NUPharose FF affinity filler

ProG NUPharose FF is an antibody affinity filler. Its ligand is recombinant streptococcal protein G(NRPA06S) developed by NUPTEC. The base ball NUPharose is NUPTEC's classic agarose gel base ball. FF is the abbreviation of Fast Flow, which means that the filler can work at high flow rate. The recombinant Streptococcus protein G ligand was expressed by E. coli without animal origin. ProtG NUPharose FF's base ball and ligand are formed by single-point coupling, and with genetic engineering, its dynamic binding load for human IgG is higher than 40 mg/mL, which has great advantages over similar products on the market. Compared to ProA NUPharose FF, ProG NUPharose FF has the advantage of binding to all IgG subtypes, both human and mouse. ProG NUPharose FF has affinity for various types and subtypes of antibodies from human, mouse, rat, rabbit, cow, etc. It can isolate and purify antibodies of different subtypes of various mammals or genetically engineered recombinant proteins containing antibody Fc fragments from ascites, serum, cell culture supernatant or cell extracts, which can meet the needs of research or production on different scales and can also be used for immunoprecipitation.
