NuPerley IMAC and NuPerley Ni-NTA are metal chelating fillers containing nitrilotriacetic acid (NTA) groups, which are mainly used for Affinity chromatograph of histidine-tagged (His-tag) proteins, and are NuPerley as a new generation of high rigidity agarose gel base microspheres developed for NUPTEC biology. NuPerley IMAC does not chelate metal ions, users can chelate Ni2, Co2, Cu2, Zn2 and other metal ions after use, NuPerley Ni-NTA has chelated Ni2, users can directly use.
