Rat-PA NUPharose Mag is an antibody affinity Magnetic bead resin, which can quickly and conveniently isolate and purify various mammalian antibodies of different subtypes or genetically engineered recombinant proteins containing antibody Fc fragments from ascites, serum, cell culture supernatant or cell extracts. The ligand of this product is NUPTEC biological self-developed recombinant alkali-resistant Staphylococcus aureus protein A (catalog number is NRPA08S), which is expressed by Escherichia coli and does not contain animal sources. It has affinity for various types and subtypes of antibodies from human, mouse, rat, rabbit, cow and other sources. NUPharose Mag-based spheres are agarose gel microspheres containing paramagnetic materials. Compared with the corresponding agarose filler (rat-PA NUPharose FF, catalog number NRPB06), this product has the same ligand, has a similar or higher binding amount, and the binding amount of human IgG is higher than 45 mg/mL.
