NuPerley Core 700

NuPerley Core 700 is a multimodal filler with a core-shell double-layer structure. Its inert shell thickness is ~ 5μm, which plays the role of Gel filtration. Its exclusion limit for globulin is ~ 700 kDa, and target molecules cannot enter the inside of the microsphere and flow through during purification. Its inner core ligand is n-octylamine, which is hydrophobic and positively charged. It uses multimodal to bind as many non-target molecules as possible to make the operation window larger. NuPerley Core 700 is widely used in the field of purification of larger biomolecules, such as exosomes, plasmid DNA, and virus particles. Compared with traditional Gel filtration fillers, the throughput of NuPerley Core 700 is improved by more than an order of magnitude.
