NuPerley S is an ultra-high loading of ion exchange chromatography medium, by the sulfonic acid methyl ester (S) and dextran grafted high rigid agarose gel microspheres. This product benefits from two new technology platforms of NUPTEC biology: a new generation of high rigidity agarose microsphere NuPerley and a unique dextran grafting process. The former allows the packing to withstand flow rates and pressures of 3000 cm/h and more than 0.5 MPa, and the latter allows the packing to have an ultra-high loading and is not affected by residence time. For example, the dynamic binding load of NuPerley S to lysozyme was greater than 170 mg/mL at a residence time of 2 min. Compared to other SP fillers on the market, this product has no risk of allyl residues.
