NuPerley DEAE HR is a strong anion exchange chromatography medium with high resolution and high flow rate, which is composed of diethylaminoethyl (DEAE) and a new generation of small particle size, high rigidity agarose gel microspheres NuPerley bonded. The average particle size of this product is 35 μm, and the flow rate of more than 900 cm/h can still be achieved. Thanks to the optimization of Ion exchange capacity (ligand density), the dynamic binding load of NuPerley DEAE HR to BSA is more than 60 mg/mL at a residence time of 2 min, which is NUPharose with traditional DEAE FF and is mainly used for moderate purification and fine purification. When the purification scale is not very large, or the initial sample is relatively clean (such as supernatant expression and high expression of samples), this product can also be used to achieve high purity through one-step purification. Based on these characteristics, NuPerley DEAE HR can replace and upgrade DEAE NUPharose FF in many fields. Weak anion exchange(Q) fillers have a different selectivity than strong anion exchange(Q) fillers, and DEAE fillers can be considered when Q fillers do not meet the selectivity requirements.
