NuPerley CM is a high loading weak cation ion exchange chromatography medium, which is composed of carboxymethyl group (CM) bonded to dextran grafted high rigid agarose gel microspheres. This product benefits from two new technology platforms of NUPTEC biology: a new generation of high rigidity agarose microsphere NuPerley and a unique dextran grafting process. The former allows the packing to withstand flow rates and pressures of 3000 cm/h and more than 0.5 MPa, and the latter allows the packing to have an ultra-high loading and is not affected by residence time. For example, at 2 min residence time, the dynamic binding load of NuPerley CM to lysozyme is more than 140 mg/mL.
