CM NUPharose HP

Carboxymethyl (CM) is a weakly positive ion exchange agent, NUPharose as a NUPTEC biological classic agarose gel chromatography media-based sphere. Weak anion ion exchange(SP) filler has different selectivity compared with strong anion exchange filler. CM filler can be considered when SP filler cannot meet the selectivity. According to different resolutions and applicable occasions, CM NUPharose series can be divided into CM NUPharose FF(~ 90μm) and CM NUPharose HP(~ 35μm). FF is the abbreviation of Fast Flow. CM NUPharose FF has the characteristics of fast flow rate, which can be used for rapid purification of proteins, with wide applicability and easy amplification. HP is the abbreviation of High Performance. CM NUPharose HP has the characteristics of high resolution and is mostly used in the pure stage.
