IDA NUPharose HP is a metal chelating filler containing iminodiacetic acid (iminodiacetic acid,IDA) group, which is suitable for most Affinity chromatograph with histidine tag (His-tag) protein. NUPharose Agarose gel base microspheres developed for NUPTEC Bio, HP is an abbreviation for High Performance, meaning high resolution, with an average particle size of -35 μm. IDA NUPharose HP is not chelated metal ions, users can chelate Ni2 +, Co2 +, Cu2 +, Zn2 + and other metal ions after use. Through a unique ligand modification process, this product has achieved a balance of affinity and specificity: the binding amount of most histidine-tagged proteins is more than 50 mg/mL, and the purity of the sample after one-step purification can reach more than 90%.
