NuPerley CM HR is a strong anion exchange chromatography medium with high resolution and high flow rate. It is NuPerley bonded by carboxymethyl (CM) and a new generation of small particle size and high rigidity agarose gel microspheres. The average particle size of this product is 35 μm, and the flow rate of more than 900 cm/h can still be achieved. Thanks to the optimization of Ion exchange capacity (ligand density), the dynamic binding load of NuPerley CM HR to lysozyme is more than 60 mg/mL at a residence time of 2 min. When the purification scale is not very large, or the initial sample is relatively clean (such as supernatant expression and high expression of samples), this product can also be used to achieve high purity through one-step purification.
