DEAE NUPharose series is weakly negative Ion exchange packing, DEAE is diethylaminoethyl, NUPharose is NUPTEC biological classic agarose gel chromatography media based spheres. Weak anion exchange(Q) fillers have a different selectivity than strong anion exchange(Q) fillers, and DEAE fillers can be considered when Q fillers do not meet the selectivity requirements. According to the resolution and application of different occasions, DEAE NUPharose series can be divided into DEAE NUPharose FF(~ 90μm) and DEAE NUPharose HP(~ 35μm) two. FF is the abbreviation of Fast Flow. DEAE NUPharose FF has the characteristics of fast flow rate, which can be used for rapid purification of proteins, with wide applicability and easy amplification. HP is the abbreviation of High Performance. DEAE NUPharose HP has the characteristics of high resolution and is mostly used in the pure stage.
