ST NUPharose FF is a mutant of streptavidin (ST ligand) and NUPTEC bio-NUPharose sepharose coupled to form and chromatographic separation medium for separation and purification of Strep II tag protein. The Strep II tag is a small tag (WSHPQFEK) of 8 amino acids, which generally does not affect the structure and function of the fusion protein, and is commonly used in the detection and purification of fusion expression proteins. Compared with streptavidin, ST ligand has more than 10 times higher affinity for Strep II tag, can bind and dissociate with Strep II fusion protein under mild conditions, and has high specificity for Strep II tag, and can obtain high purity protein samples by one-step purification.
