NUPhadex G-25 series molecular sieve filler is epichlorohydrin cross-linked dextran microspheres. The non-specific adsorption of dextran to biomolecules is very low, hydrophilic, porous crosslinked dextran microspheres are mainly used for rapid liquid exchange of biomolecules, desalination and other group separation processes, with a small degree of sample dilution, desalination rate and high recovery rate. The exclusion limit of this product for globulin is about 5000 Da. The retention time of biomolecules with relatively large molecular weight in the filler is short, and the retention time of salts and other small molecules in the buffer is long. Molecules of different sizes are separated due to the different residence time in the filler. This product is suitable for various biomolecule samples such as protein, polysaccharide, nucleic acid, etc. The fractionation process may also be attempted to isolate and purify biomolecules such as polypeptides, oligonucleotides, antibiotics, and natural products with small molecular weight differences. The particle size of this product has three specifications, namely NUPhadex G-25 SF(Superfine, ultrafine grain), NUPhadex G-25 M(Medium, medium grain) and NUPhadex G-25 C(Coarse, coarse grain). This product has outstanding pressure and flow rate performance, and SF grade can replace other S grade (Fine, fine) products on the market. Unlike most products on the market that only provide dry powder, this product also provides swollen microspheres.
