Q NUPharose series is a strong anion Ion exchange filler, Q is a quaternary ammonium group, and the NUPharose is a NUPTEC biological classic agarose gel chromatography medium-based sphere. Compared with other Q fillers on the market, this product has the characteristics of less non-specific adsorption and less dynamic binding load affected by residence time. It is widely used in the capture, moderate purification and pure purification of biological macromolecules. According to the resolution and application of different occasions, Q NUPharose series can be divided into Q NUPharose FF(~ 90μm), Q NUPharose HP(~ 35μm), Q NUPharose BB(~ 200 μm) three. FF is an abbreviation of Fast Flow. Q NUPharose FF has the characteristics of fast flow rate, which can be used for rapid purification of proteins, with wide applicability and easy amplification.
