NuPerley IDA is a metal chelating filler containing iminodiacetic acid (iminodiacetic acid,IDA) group, which is suitable for most Affinity chromatograph with histidine tag (His-tag) protein, and is NuPerley as a new generation of high rigidity agarose gel base microspheres developed for NUPTEC biology. NuPerley IDA does not chelate metal ions, users can chelate Ni2 +, Co2 +, Cu2 +, Zn2 + and other metal ions after use. Compared with the IDA NUPharose FF with an average particle size of 90 μm, this product has an average particle size of ~ 60 μm, which has a significantly improved resolution and can withstand higher column pressures. Through a unique ligand modification process, NuPerley IDA products have achieved a balance of affinity and specificity: the binding amount of most histidine-tagged proteins is more than 40 mg/mL, and the purity of the sample can reach more than 90% after one-step purification. This product takes into account the high load, high rigidity, high flow rate, high specificity and higher resolution, providing more abundant affinity and specificity selection.
