Professional Manufaturer of Resins for Protein Purification
Catalog No:
NRPB44L
Product Name:
Biotin NUPhrose FF
Biotin NUPharose FF is a Affinity chromatograph separation medium formed by bonding D-biotin to NUPharose agarose-based balls. The biotin ligand in the medium can highly specifically bind to avidin and streptavidin, with very high affinity, and can be used for the immobilization of avidin, streptavidin and their conjugates, and the immobilized products can be applied to diagnostic detection, protein purification, etc. It can also be used directly for the purification of avidin and streptavidin mutants that weaken affinity.
