Epoxy Activated NUPharose FF and Epoxy Activated NUPharose 6B are epoxy group pre-activated fillers based on NUPharose technology platform. The former is based on 4% cross-linked agarose and has low epoxy group activation density (~ 5 μmol/mL), which is suitable for coupling macromolecular ligands and expanding production. The latter is based on 6% agarose and has high epoxy group activation density (≥ 15 μmol/mL), affinity ligands suitable for coupling large and small molecules.
