The STI NUPharose FF is a biological Affinity chromatograph separation medium formed by binding soybean trypsin inhibitor (Soybean Trypsin Inhibitor,STI) to agarose gel microspheres. The product retains the excellent hydrophilicity and large grid structure of agarose, has good compatibility with biologically active macromolecules, has the characteristics of high load, less non-specific adsorption, fast flow rate, etc. It is mainly used for the extraction and purification of serine protease such as trypsin, chymotrypsin and coagulation factor X, and can also be used for the removal of enterokinase.
