Streptavidin (Streptavidin,SA) is a homotetrameric protein secreted by Streptomyces avidin (Streptomyces avidinii) during growth. Like avidin, one mole of streptavidin can bind four moles of biotin, with a high affinity for biotin. Since SA does not contain a sugar group and the isoelectric point is close to neutral, SA has a lower level of non-specific binding in detection applications than pro. Compared with natural streptavidin, the enhanced stable core streptavidin removes the sequence unrelated to the activity, only retains the core sequence related to the activity, and modifies the sequence. Compared with natural streptavidin, the thermal stability, solubility and activity are greatly improved. (The product pI:5.68). 2. It is recommended to use pure water for dissolution;
